• 2008-2009 Kickoff Letter (pdf). A letter of introduction to the 2008-2009 Faith Development program.
• General Registration Form (for adults and youth -- pdf). All members and regular attenders of First U.U. (including adults!) are encouraged to register. While unregistered folks are always welcome, there are a myriad of benefits for those who formally registered for our programs.
• Permission Slip and Youth Contract (pdf):
